After trying different themes (aero and classic ones) I ended with my Office suite with ugly looking high contrast theme, while the rest is with the selected theme, when logging off the same high contrast theme is shown. I am not able to get the new "Window Color" for Windows 7 where you can activate/deactivate transparency.Īnother symptom I found is that the window key + tab does not change open programs. Whenever I choose an Aero theme the background and color change to the specific theme but I have no transparency and going to "Window Color" I get the old "Window Color and Appearance" with drop boxes for desktop, icons, etc and another drop box for choosing the colors. The Windows 7 troubleshooting does not detect any problem. I have a problem with the themes, specially Aero themes and transparency.
